Mrs. Frings is responsible for overseeing operations, management and repositioning of the iconic Marathon Oil Tower, a trophy office tower located within Houston’s Uptown/Galleria submarket. She joined M-M Properties in August 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in managing top-tier commercial office properties. Prior to managing the Marathon Oil Tower, Mrs. Frings served as the Property Manager at the Bank of America Center in downtown Houston from 2010 to 2018 with M-M Properties. From 2000 to 2010 she managed, under various ownerships, Lakes on Post Oak, a 1.2 million square foot office complex in the Galleria. Mrs. Frings earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Management from Stephen F. Austin State University. She is a member of the Houston Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) and serves on the Women in BOMA committee.
