The property benefits from several long-term leases to credit tenants including: Comerica Bank, K&L Gates, Andrews Kurth, Orix, Marsh USA, Southcross Energy, Brewer Attys and Counselors, Grant Thornton and Fish & Richardson, who combined occupy more than 37% of the property.
