Mrs. Mulherin is responsible for the Class A Sawgrass Centre portfolio located in Sunrise, Florida. Ms. Mulherin has over 20 years of experience managing a variety of commercial office product in markets such as Houston, Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville and South Florida. Before joining M-M Properties, Ms. Mulherin worked for Taylor & Mathis of Florida for nine years, The Lea Richmond Company, Duke Realty and First Industrial. In her role as Asset Manager for First Industrial, she won the Customer Service of the Year Award in 2005 and was a part of the Office Team in Atlanta who won the Office of the Year Award for two consecutive years from 2004 to 2005.
