Ken Moczulski is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of M-M Properties. Mr. Moczulski has been involved in real estate development and investment since 1978 and during that time has developed, acquired and sold property with an aggregate value in excess of $6.2 billion. Prior to forming M-M Properties, Mr. Moczulski served as an executive with Crescent Real Estate Equities, Transworld Properties, Jaymont Properties and Gerald D. Hines Interests. Mr. Moczulski earned an MBA from Harvard and a BSCE from the University of Cincinnati.
